I'm looking for a module developer to develop a CMSMS Module that can access the YouTube API for a particular channel:

It must have the following capabilites:

-Integrate with latest YouTube API
-Retrieve latest/all videos with pagination
-Retrieve latest/all playlists with pagination
-Option to display all videos in channel or to set # of videos returned in the result set (ie. latest 5,10,25 videos, etc.)
-Option to set the order of results (ie. order by published ascending, order by created descending, etc.)
-Option to display youtube comments associated with video
-Ability to use different module templates
-Ability to set API authentication for OAuth (or whatever authentication method is required for the YouTube API)

Can anyone at least estimate the budget/cost for something like this so I have an idea?
