Hi All,
I have a large number of sites running on an pretty old 1.7 version
Due to a few issues with tinymce and formatting I need to either upgrade them all to a newer stable version, or get a patch made so they keep working.
-------------
I am looking for an easy way to do this without breaking the design / content of each site
These are pretty basic sites and all of them are running a simple template design with only a few modifications made to it (ie colours + images + text)
-------------
Due to the large number of sites to be updated I would prefer some sort of package made to make this simple to do for the rest of them.
If you are able to do this please let me know and I will send over some more details
Thanks
James

Re: Upgrading from 1.7 to latest stable version
If it's a small website, e.g. less than 30 pages, the fastest way is to install a fresh 1.11.7 and manually transfer the content. Otherwise it's a step by step procedure as described in http://docs.cmsmadesimple.org/upgrading ... ld-version

Thanks for the help
Just been in touch with the original designer so hopefully they can help out so have closed this off.
