Downloadmanager in combination with FEU

I want to use downloadmanager in combination with FEU, so that a logged in person gets his own downloads. I mean personal files here, which may vary per user.

This part is done.

Next to that I'd like to have a function, that mails an FEU user, when a new file is added in downloadmanager to the category which is equal to the similar field in FEU. The category is equally named to the emailaddres of the recipient, so we could also say: a function that mails to the category name, if a file is added to it.

Your part will probably be not more then script the function, and tell me how to install it.

It's a try for me doing it this way. I'd like to get in touch who can help me out with things like this every now and then.
