Intermittent error with CGProducts/Page Template/Cart

This is effectively split from my previous thread at http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/viewtopi ... =7&t=63527

I am looking for a developer who can:
a) Troubleshoot a CMS Made Simple Website to identify why the page template frequently doesn't generate the Products Category lists that make up the menu, or the Cart Summary (See above thread for more details)
b) Having found the above problem, fix it.
c) If time & funds allow, identify any bottlenecks, sloppy coding/template work, or ineffective work arounds, and quote to fix them on a per job basis.
