Redesign an existing static html site

We are a small IT consulting company that have a static html site that needs a facelift. Want to use CMS of course, there are about 7-10 static pages  http://www.vistacomputing.com

I am looking for a new template framework that has:
- improved usability with better graphics and a fresh look
- css
- blog
- wiki
- email newsletter
- seo friendly
- ability for us to manage/update/remove content as needed

We have a new marketing campaign that we would like to launch in January timeframe with mailers/brochures
Would like our logo designed for new business cards, letter heads and collateral (so we need the source psd files)

What I might be able to provide in a future partnership (not guaranteed though):
- we have a few clients that are in desperate need to have their sites re-done
- we have 2-3 clients that might need an e-commerce site (small scale environment)

Our experience is: infrastructure management / system administration / security / networking / *nix / *windows

We do NOT have experience or time for: web development / graphics design / making a site look great and usable
