Down for Maintenance is not working after upgrading 2.2.2

After upgrading 2.1.6 -> 2.2.2 "Down for Maintenance" is not working anymore.
The Submit button gives no reaction on the Maintenance Mode tab.

Tested on two different sites.

Works for me.
The button does not act as a toggle. You need to manually set the selectfield Is the website "Down for Maintenance" to yes or no

Clear browser cache?

I used another browser and that works. After the clear cache also in the other one.
