Need to know if i can remove the CMS Logo, copyright Footer and Links from the Back end ..
Removal of CMS Logo and Copyright footer or Links allowed ?

Generally, the answer is 'No'. CMSMS is not a white label CMS.

Specifically though.
You can replace the admin theme with one of your own, but must at least keep some kind of mention of CMSMS somewhere visible (like in the footer).
