Hi, I installed cms version 2.2.1 but design manager don´t load and this page load instead http://186.64.118.130/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi but no error appear, just three option The IP address has changed, There has been a server misconfiguration and The site may have moved to a different server, but nothing specific that guide me
Anyone know what happend?

Talk to your host. I bet it is a mod_security issue.
