Error log growing fast, including function.anchor.php error

Post by Andrew Prior »

My error log has been growing over 1mb per day, which I suspect is not normal. I have found a couple of the causes and removed them. I have three remaining issues. One of these is below:

[25-Oct-2017 08:54:43 Australia/Adelaide] PHP Notice: Undefined index: text in /home/mansweb/public_html/lib/plugins/function.anchor.php on line 41

This pops up in batches of five or six every few minutes. It has been a long standing error... and one of the main contributors to a 500mb error file.

The line in the file is:

Code: Select all

$tmp = '<a href="'.$url.'"'.$class.$title.$tabindex.$accesskey.'>'
Any suggestions? Apart from the file size, can I just ignore it?

Andrew

You are not passing the text argument to the {anchor} plugin.

Crikey! I know we're not supposed to swear on these boards... I'll just go and kick myself. Thanks Calguy. A dumb piece of code which still worked, but... Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
