I frequently need to use CO2 in the Titles of pages, articles, etc. I have, on occasion, been able to copy-and-paste it from an external source into the Title field and have it work, but other times I just get a '?' showing up instead of the subscript 2. This happens even when copying from an existing article and using it as the title of a new one, so I know it isn't an issue with the font encoding on the page itself.
Any ideas? I see that quite a few online publications encounter this same problem and just put it as 'CO2', but I'm really hoping for a consistent method of entering subtext in single line, no WYSIWYG text fields like the Title field.

As a follow-up, here's a page showing how it (sometimes) works for me - second article title.
