Our account is locked

My company, FQ fastighetskvalitet AB, uses since many years the CMS Made Simple tool and our account was connected to the former employed henry@fqab.se. The problem is that the account has been locked and i who is the new web manager can not log in. Can you help me to get access to the admin tool again. Please reply even to my email hans@fqab.se an tell me what to do about this.
