Is CMS Made simple 1.6.6. OK with PHP 5.4 and MSQL 5.5

I am running CMS made simple 1.6.6 "Bonde". I have made no changes to the underlying scripts. It is basically out of the box.

My ISP is updating the server to PHP (5.4) and MySQL (5.5)

Is 1.6.6 OK with this updated software?

Yes and no. It may run, but a bit crippled and your error log will get filled with PHP notices, warnings, and errors.

I have a couple sites on Bonde that I believe are running with this configuration.

Using an old version makes you a sitting duck. Old versions have several security vulnerabilities. Also read http://www.cmsmadesimple.org/2014/02/An ... +Simple%29 about support an older versions.
