Why is cmsmadesimple.org blocked by PeerGuardian

Tonight I noticed that cmsmadesimple.org, or more precise IP number 209.67.218.10, is blocked by PeerGuardian 2 if you have HTTP blocked.

Does anybody know why this is?!

Maybe you'll get more answers by asking the makers of PeerGuardian and/or who whatever maintains the blacklist...
