No access to templates for maintenance

Hello,
I'm completely new to this forum and CMS.
In Layout » Templates » Template bearbeiten,
I do not have access to any listed templates for maintenance or changes. There is no way to edit a specific template.

there is also no help or description how to use this module.
"modulehilfe" (module help) delivers "server not found".

Is there a way to change access rights so I can edit and maintain templates ?

First of all we'd need more information about the system, especially version of CMSMS.

Probably it's an old version (1.x).
