Under Preferences, tab Path I entered:
Location for uploaded image files: images/catalog_src
Location for processed images: images/catalog
Location for other uploaded item files: catalogerfiles
These are the locations that were generated by the install of the module.
When on a catolog content page, under the Cataloger Images tab, I upload an image, I find the image with its original size at the designated location: uploads/images/catalog_src.
However the thumbnail and the resized image are located directly under uploads.
How can I make this work in accordance with the given preferences; this to prevent the uploads directory become rather messy.

It was a bug. Fixed in SVN and a new version will be released shortly. Thanks.
