Access problem

I'm pretty new here, and a new user with CMSms; first of all, thanks to all the folk making this CMS run, it is extremelly great !!!

I'm making a new version of my website; old website is a small CMS made by myself with ASP and I decided to concentrate on my bussinness and use a CMS for new version;

Everything is going smoothly (installation, new modules, training, etc...); I'm runing the CMS localy with Wampserver and no problem with; the problem goes when I run the CMS in my hoster's server;

In fact, problem goes as follows: after a period of inactivity (let's say 1 night), when I call any page of my new test website (site or admin) the browser loops and shows nothing; I have to stop the page (white page, even not an error page) with 'esc' or stop button, and recall the web page; and on second call, it runs, and everything goes well;

I contacted my web hoster and after some verifications, he found nothing; he asked me to take a look in the php pages, but after heve done it, I confess I understand nothing; I posted some days ago the subject in the french forum (where I live) and no answers; this is the reason I post it here; I retrieved the server log this morning, and it looks like this :

The first call (2008-06-05 06:57:04) that doesn't run is almost identical as the next that runs (2008-06-05 07:06:36); I don't understand what happens;

thanks for your message; it is normal if it works now; I have got to run it this morning;

the problem comes with the first start after a non activity period (ex. the first call in the morning); the first call doesn't work, and after cancel it an call it again, it starts normally and everything runs.

well, I have finally re-installed everything, changing the folder name from 'JRBA_V2T' to 'JRBAV2T'; I have changed also the database name without the '_' (underscore);

it seems to work for the moment; I will test the next days and I will let you know; in any case, thanks a lot;

after some days, it doesn't work again; I have the same problems;

I'm just wondering to retrieve the underscore from my prefix in the database files, just to see if it works well; same thing fot the tempates, style sheets and articles, etc... I will remove all underscore.

Just one question; if the underscore is so 'bad' and it is better to avoid it, why the files in the database have underscores?

Some websites have overdone the number of ads on their pages, these are called Ad Pimps. This usually doesn’t work as most visitors don’t like too see much advertisement while looking for useful content. Ads should be placed where the user needs it and shouldn’t distract form the main content.
