Need Default Form Focus In CMSMS

When switching to a section of the system, the user should not have to select the text entry point when it is obvious. The cursor should already be active in the correct blank.

An example of this is News>Categories>Add Category. There is only one blank, but it is inactive by default.

Even in module design, this standard must be required.
