at the moment you can insert an internal or external link to another page. But when you want do place a link to a file, you need to add a link and manually type uploads/filename.extention ... which is not very userfriendly... Or is there a userfriendly way of inserting this?

FCKXEditor and TinyMCE contains a filemanager which can do it for you ...

I'm using the one which is standard in CMSMS 0,13. There is a filemanager, but in the editor you cannot insert a file link on a page... or can you? Or do I need to install a newer version of fckxeditor?

If you were in content Editor and click the button "insert/edit link" you will get a new window named "Link". Click there "browse Server" button and you have access to upload folder. On a click to a file the editor includes the link to this ...
