User/group-specific TinyMCE profiles

It would be quite handy if TinyMCE could have more profiles created as required, and the profile to use for each user/group could by chosen. This way users have access only to the tools they need.
Similar settings could be added for virtually any other module - e.g. creating separate settings for each user group in relation to file uploads or page defaults.
