Group the list of permissions

I would like to see the 'Group Permissions' page modified so that related settings are grouped, such as 'Files and images', 'Templates', 'Stylesheets', 'Content' etc. This way it would be much easier to find related settings, and modules could have their own group.

Also working on this, perhaps to just change the text strings is the easiest way. We will see

Sadly not that easy. Needs a bigger (database) change, will get back to you on this.
