The layout of my website has suddenly changed. I haven't changed anything. Everything is now just under each other. Such as logo, menu, and content.
Who knows how this is possible?

Things don't change on their own, so you'll need to do some troubleshooting to find out what changed. Did you host change php versions? Did something get corrupted?
Start with clearing your site cache, and your browser cache. Is it just the CSS not loading? If so, why is it not?
Without more info or access to the site all we can do is guess.
