Change Default Layout

hi

i downloaded the latest version installed it working fine .. i expected when changing the default design from control panel from CP design manger from Simplex to minimal or NCleanBlue or to my new layout name , it should be reflected automatically in the home page ... like WP theme activatation ... but what ever default ayou i use the home page the same .... nothing helped me in documentation ...

Try in admin:
Content (on left) > Content Manager > Home (page) > Options tab > choose Template (you may also have to select another Design) > Submit
