Hi all!
I've designed a website which should look like this:
http://www.depopersoneel.nl/depo.html
Firefox shows it correctly.
See how it works when you resize the window.
I've tried to make it in cmsms, but results are horrible.. IE and Firefox have very different opinions on how and if to show it.
Finally it should look like this:
How would you make a compliant and cross-browser layout in cmsms?
Here's the code to start from:
Untitled Page
Menu
Titelachtergrond
Headercontent
Hoofdcontent
Titel
Content1
Content2
Website en CMS: TiBe Concepts
Important:
Top should have a fixed height
Left and right column should have fixed width
Middle should be fluid
The lower red circle-part, id="afbeeldinglinksonder, should be above the content, id="hoofdcontent".
The three people should be below id="hoofdcontent">
The people and content 2 should be "fixed" to the bottom of the window.
What's a good way to tackle this?
grtz,Olaf
How would you do this?

Re: How would you do this?
Thanx Patricia,
but the multiple content is not the problem. A solid method to build this layout that will work in all browsers is. In the new way I see layout is separated in different stylesheets, it could also be one or no stylesheet also. What is the best way?
Just coying an pasting the code in cmsms is not working, maybe I forgot a ; or something, but it gets this result:
http://www.depopersoneel.nl/index.php?page=test
With some tweaking i get:
http://www.depopersoneel.nl/index.php?page=Welkom
Both behave different in different browsers..
There are many different ways to build the layout, what would be a good one?
For instance, to start with a good cross-browser 3column layout, which is working good according to you? Can it be applied here?

Strange... it works with me too now! And thanks also for pointing me to the browserstyler!! That should be easier then css-hacks. Ill dive into it.
Btw, Just found out that putting the {news} in the header screwed things up.
