I was trying to do a new and clean setup but I got an error after trying to run the install file:
Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

I think you'd need to contact your host on that one. The installer doesn't pull anything from the cmsms servers, it's self-contained.
