Can cms made simple generate html pages? or is there a permarlinks function in CMS?

Hello,

if you want nice links, your must activate pretty URLs (see the wiki). Anyway, it doesn't hurt.
if you want static files, you have several options :
-use the cache module.
-use the mod_cache module of the webserver.
-use a copybot, like httrack.
-wait for v2.0 which implements the full page caching feature.
