Just wondering how I can setup my site I've been designing at home and get it on the server with all images intact etc?

Windows XP
Apache 1.x
MySQL 4.x
PHP 4.x
@SERVER
Linux
Apache 1.x
MySQL 4.x
PHP 4.x
I am guessing I just copy the complete folder structure to the server, then copy the SQL data to the server?
What I'm concerned with though, is if the paths etc being different, will it muck things up? I think it will and if so, back to my question, how can I do it?
