cms made simple integration with SMF

I see that this forum is made with SMF.
I am very interested as to what level SMF can be integrated with cms made simple.
is there any documentation regarding bridging the 2?

can SMF run within cms made simple and share usernames and passwords?

any help is very much appreciated.

There's not real integration of SMF in CMSms ...

On the CMSms main site SMF use only a same looking template.

I thought there maybe was a bridge like there is for mambo/joomla.

It appears the two run separately but the login is integrated in some way. Is this true? Can the registration be bridged between FrontEnd Login module for newsletters, etc.. and SMF?

No. You need a separate bridge module to do that like it phpbbx tag or punbb module it does.
