Can not view uploaded files via FTP Topic is solved

I've made a couple of CMSMS sites before but for some reason on this one I am running into a problem.

I have uploaded a bunch of files via the upload manager in the admin console and they show up in there when I browse through the console.  However, I can not view any of them on the server browsing with my FTP client. (WS_FTP Pro) I can view the folders I've created but none of the files are showing up in them ?

Any ideas ?

Those files/folders are owned by the webserver user (another user than you use to login with FTP).

Thanks for the info...

The problem is that I uploaded a PHP file through the file manager.  Now I can't download it without losing the PHP code in it.  I need to change this so I can either FTP and download it or somehow download it without losing the PHP coding.

I've read that there is a script which you can run to change file permissions via CMSMS.  Does anyone have a link to this ?  I can't find it anywhere.
