How to change top logo and other space

I have successfully installed and uploaded some contents on my http://www.eRealMedia.com site, the problem is that, I managed to change the logo but still all space at top is empty, I would like to utilise this space to put graphics, banner or rotating advertisement, how?

This involves html in the template and/or bannering modules/tags. See the wiki and tell us what is missing or not understandable.

Yeah, but it does not look same as it appears in IE. I am trying to figure out and solve the problem

Some how with all the commented out info in your template you ended up with one too many...

It's either in the template but more than likely in the "footer" GCB, when you comment out you need to leave room after if you are going to do it to a lot of info then try not to have them inside themselves...
