New to CMSMS, how to Integrate SMF and Coppermine

I would like to use CMSMS but have a few questions first.

Can I, without doing any coding because I'm not a programmer, integrate SMF and Coppermine into CMSMS so that they all use the same member login data?

Is there a way to prevent a person from going/bookmarking the link to the forums and force them to enter the forums from the homepage of CMSMS?
