Archiver module breaks Global Content Blocks in that when you submit a global content block the page is blank. It is possible to add new blocks but not to edit exitsing ones. If you uninstall Archiver then it works ok.

Confirmed with Archiver 0.2 and all the patches I could find. It's possible to delete a GCB but not to rename it, so to make an edit you can copy the contents to an external editor, edit, delete the original GCB, make a new one and paste in the new content.
Archiver is so useful, it would be great to have a version that really works!
