I found that the Module File Manager that can be installed using the Module Manager is different from the File Manager inside the core installation, very confusing to have two entries in "Content" with the same name......
The installed module has the option to upload multiple files at once, which is not available in the standard File Manager. Will this module replace the included File Manager?
Will there be an option to upload folder(s) instead of files?

The FileManager module is slated to replace the other file manager in 1.2
