CMSMS 1.1.2 has TinyMCE 2.2.4 included; DEV-area only has 2.2.3

I noticed after upgrading to 1.1.2 that TinyMCE has version 2.2.4. This version is not available on the DEV-area however. There only version 2.2.3 is available?
