I live near Barcelona and i would like to help you to make an catalan section on your web. also i like moderate the catalan section on the forum. when the catalan section is implantated i will direct this (responsable) and will promote them in catalan pages so to make the catalan comunity for cmsmadesimple.

No i don't seen this but october 2006 is many moonths ago. In all this time new versions to cmsmadesimple and many more. So i don't have seen at the top of main page of www.cmsmadesimple.org don't exists the menu to catalan.

can i make an separate page for example igual to germans cmsmadesimple.de? or is this prohibited

The main translation will be done by a translation center. If you join to the project you will get access to it.
