Different languages of the script.

The script installed me in English, although I chose the Polish language.
How to add a Polish language because nowhere do I see such a file ??

Non-English admin area language support is an option offered during installation, towards the end. Perhaps you missed it?
I don't know if additional languages can be added after your install. Others will have to confirm.
Once you have additional languages installed you can swap between them at Site Admin > Settings - Global Settings (first tab).

Of course.
During the installation, I chose a different language than English, but he did not install it and did not have it.

What version of CMSMS did you install?

Not all languages are fully translated so you will see the default English instead
