The URL should be in the form http://www.mycmssite.com/path/soap.php? ... Repository

Is changed in:

The URL should be in the form http://www.mycmssite.com/ModuleRepository/request/v2 (assuming pretty urls are enabled on the repository server)

Note the new URL
Please check your language is this is changed!
(German, Serbian, French and Dutch are already done)
