Redundant "space" inside HTML tags. Langfiles affected.

There is a trash inside close tags (perhaps not only), such as: </em> (</ em>), </strong> (</ strong>), </tt> (</ tt>), </i> (</ i>), </p> (</ p>). Sometimes this issue can be viewable on adminpanel pages.
Affected CMSMS versions: 1.9.2 and newer, including 1.10-beta2.
