Please contact admin for French translation team again. They can activate you.
If that not working contact reneh  the "headmaster" of TC.

Ask him, to add you from the admin-tab on the French project in dev.cmsmadesimple.org. As the new Forge, doesnt have a request-to-join link yet. So instead of granting you, he MUST add you manually, as you cant apply yourself...
