Problem in Translation Center with "&"

Have a translation or something? It goes here. This can mean modules, documentation, or CMSMS itself!

Hello,

there is a problem with translation in Translation Center. While translating, for example, "Users & Groups" it turns out "Users_rus & Groups_rus". That is "&" it is replaced on simple "&", that is not absolutely true by rules XHTML.
