TinyMCE encoding problem

Post by qzy »

Hi there,

I've just tried 1.1rc3 and saw that almost all i18n strings in TinyMCE are shown incorrectly. Well, especially those that contain non-english characters (Hungarian ones to be strict). To be a bit more precise, the strings which appear on popups and tooltips are broken, the others are OK. I've checked on the translation site and they are all correct there.

Does anyone know what this could be? Seems like an encoding issue....

The situation is the same in cmsms 1.1 release. It seems that even if the site encoding is utf-8, tinymce language files are still ISO-8859-2. Patricia, please be kind look if something goes wrong during the creation of the language files, as they are still OK on the translation center site.

Thanks in advance,
