Hi,

I was looking at the 1.10-beta API docs and noticed that, as with previous versions, they don't seem to include a number of useful "miscellaneous" functions (e.g. from lib/misc.functions.php) that are used in various core and 3rd-Party modules, plugins, etc. Are there plans to add these functions to the API docs?

Here's just one example -- doc/CHANGELOG.txt contains:

- Adds the cms_move_uploaded_file function that all modules should use from now
on to assist in handling file uploads.

Yet, I haven't found this function in the API docs.
