Hi

I have bought the one and only book on CMSMS 1.6 by Sofia Hauschildt. It is good but lacks information on smarty code writing and creating your own modules. Is there some good documentation on the web about these topics? I want to learn the following
-program in smarty
-writing custom modules
-accessing the mysql database in my custom modules.

I second the recommendation made by uniqu3 - the new cookbook is excellent - just bought it yesterday. Lots of examples with detailed explanations. Beats flailing around in the dark when working with CMSMS extensions.
