Formbuilder not showing filled fields to recipient

First de technical stuff: CMS MS 1.12, Formbuilder 8.1.4.
If someone fills the contactform and receives a copy the mailmessage is empty, although all fields are required. Allso the owner of the website gets a blank mail.
Other forms on the website work as they should.
It would be wunderfull if someone can help me.
