Recently, as a group, the dev team undertook the effort to rationalize the rules amongst all of our communication channels. This was done because the rules were split amongst different topics on this forum, and different documents.
We have now rationalized them into one single document which we have entitled the 'Code of Conduct'. This document explains the rationale behind each and every rule and why it is there.
Please read it at your earliest convenience.
The forge itself has a few additional rules related to projects and project owners should also read this document as soon as possible.
We hope that this will clarify the expected behavior across all CMSMS communication channels, including the forum, the forge, and the various documentation websites.
Thank you for your cooperation.
