New ModuleRepository Rollout

Today we rolled out a new module repository.
The new module repository is much more flexible and powerful than the old one, and you'll see most of that power with CMSMS 2.0.
The new repository should automatically refresh itself and find new modules, and drop old ones every few hours (currently the job runs every 8 hours).
If in your 1.11.x installs you get no output, or a bunch of errors from ModuleManager when browsing for modules you should be able to resolve those errors by clearing the CMSMS cache from within 'Site Admin' >> 'System Maintenance'
