This is a bugfix only release... infact, only a small handful of bugs have been fixed since 1.6.1.  Here are the details:

- Fix a problem with the unique module hash not always starting with a letter
  which fixes form validation problems.
- TinyMCE
  - #3762 - file extension ignored in internal links
- News
  - #3782 Fix IE8 toggle in add/edit news (Use Expiration Date:)
  - Fixed a minor template problem in News.

Calguy, there are 2 diff packages? Should one be 1.6.0-1.6.2? They both say 1.6.1-1.6.2!

Nope... One is a diff for the base package the other is for the full package. :)

If you give a "User Defined Tag" a name with the symbol: -
nothing works than anymore, even login screens are wrong then.
you must rename it in the mysql table and everytihng works again.

(I now this isn't the right place for bug-reports)

this is not a bug but more a smarty issue as far as i know. cmsms should still make error checking, thats right!

Sure. WildWebInput sanitizing is required for survival.

Noumea, what a nice name surprise.

May be some day there will be other 'Frenchy' releases : Bora Bora, Papeete, Ouessant, Oléron, Porquerolles, Mont Saint Michel...
