There are some bug fixes and yes, some enhancements in CMS Made Simple Core that will result in a 1.2.1 version. As well, there are numerous bug fixes in numerous other modules that will result in new versions of them.
Including (but not limited to):
FrontEndUsers
SelfRegistration
CGExtensions
CompanyDirectory
Questions
News (Included in the core)
Search (Included in the core)
Therefore, I would ask that the translators please update their translations ASAP, and to please keep ontop of the translations as much as possible for the next week or two.
