He can see all the tabs except for this one

That's not what the documentation says:

Ok, so he now has that permission so he can see designs now, but he can't edit the style sheet. He can arrange the order, but not go into it.

He also doesn't see a style sheets tab.

Ok, I think it's a permissions issue. I found it. There's 2 design areas.

What's that new permission called so he can see that b/c he can't see what I'm seeing.

We just upgraded to 2.1.4 & we can't find the theme files.

Nowhere in the documentation does it say where they are now located.

Rotating banners always means it rotates one banner for another. Very simple.

I don't have time to read long pages. I'm the owner of the company, not a worker, I thought there was a quick fix.

I have the older versions of CMS running, so that text isn't what I'm seeing.

What did the older text say so I can uncheck that?
