Re: News module post date showing as %x %X
Thanks Rolf. Its not the latest core, is a couple of minor versions back... i assumed the module was separate and so the fault was there (am using the latest News module). Good to know its the core ... i was trying to avoid an update as its quite a big site and can't afford any downtime at the momen...

Re: News module post date showing as %x %X
Ive managed to get a date to display using 'd F y'
which suggests that either the date format string shoudnt be 'strftime formatted' as per the instruction in the preferences ... or the News module is using it incorrectly ?

Re: News module post date showing as %x %X
Already set to %x %X in user preference - tried re-submitting them but hasn't made any difference to the news module

News module post date showing as %x %X
I'm sure i saw a solution to this ages ago but I cant find it ... my news module displays in the 'post date' column - %x %X - instead of the actual date. How can I fix this? thanks!

Twitter timeline module
Has anyone built/is anyone building a Twitter module that will display timeline tweets and enable custom styling / layout of them? I know there used to be a couple of modules a few years back that did this but there is nothing listed on the module repository any more. Its a pretty common plugin you'...

SmartForms built in honeypot
Hi all SmartForms says it comes with 'built in honeypot'... but it doesnt work. Any idea how I get it to work? The form is displaying a hidden field called "__hpname" which I assume is there to catch bots out - bots will fill it in and the form shouldnt go through ... however, SmartForms d...

Re: LISE use checkbox to display check items
actually think i figured it out through trial and error! For anyone that might need it ... looked for a value of '1' and put this in template:
{if $item->checkboxfieldname=='1'}
Display stuff
{/if}
{if $item->checkboxfieldname=='1'}
Display stuff

Re: Slow admin area
I know - i thought that was a stupid comment, I guess they were saying they've updated their systems so the CMSMS may not be compatible as its a bit older... sounds like BS though.
Ive got sites on both php 5.6 and 7.2 ,,, and different versions of CMSMS (2.2.X)

Re: Slow admin area
The hosting company are suggesting its an issue with CMSMS not running correctly with newer versions of Apache/PHP etc.. saying CMSMS latest version is over a year old so considered 'legacy' ?! I've enabled debug mode but not really sure what I'm looking for.... Debug: (30.422502) - (net usage: 1005...

Slow admin area
Hi all I'm having some issues with a couple of sites I have running CMSMS where the backend/admin has become extremely slow. For example, clicking on a page in the 'content manager' it sometimes takes about 15 seconds to load the admin page, likewise for trying to save a change. The front end of the...
