Re: {cms_stylesheet name="xxx"} issue
It looks like it was coded specifically to do that. I'm testing a modified version now that uses the new logic even when name is specified.

Re: Nominate CMSMS for the Packt Publishing Open Source Awards
Thanks, guys. Do it as much as possible. We weren't in last years because we didn't push hard enough. I'm hoping that's fixed this year. :)

Re: Wednesday Night
That sounds great to me. We can try and set that up before hand, then. I have a feeling we're going to be spending evenings in the central part of the city anyway, so it shouldn't matter.

Re: CMS Made Simple is Looking for PHP Developers
While I would absolutely love that (PHP 5.3 has some amazing features), we're still at the mercy of what most hosting providers will use. I'm guessing it'll take another year before 5.3 usage becomes wide spread enough that we can enforce it. And believe me, when they do, I'll be all over it becaus...

Wednesday Night
I'm thinking about trying to get an evening event together for Wednesday after the workshops. Is anyone interested? Any ideas? (pub crawls are always good, but I'm open to suggestions )

Re: Removal of optional hierarchical URLs - Dissappointing decision
Oh, and keep in mind that having use_hierarchy as false will turn off pretty URLs in modules, no matter what the settings. Pretty URLs are inherently hierarchical and module developers count on this fact when they design their pretty url parsing schemes. As long as that's understood, then I don't ...

Re: Removal of optional hierarchical URLs - Dissappointing decision
I've heard and understand the concerns. I personally don't agree with the idea, but I understand that people are trying to keep their sites running after an upgrade without requiring mod_rewrite rules to not break their SEO. If your site is flat, then wouldn't it just be flat in the page hierarchy ...

Re: Announcing CMS Made Simple 1.8.1 - Mankara
When I look directly in the database table "cms_version" of one of my 1.7.1 installs of cmsms, my version is already at 33? Could that be a reason why the upgrade isn't working If you're already at 33, then the database should be fine. It modifies that number after it runs all the databa...
